Vouchers are a convenient way to add credits to your Dala account. This guide explains how to redeem them.
What is a Dala Voucher?
A Dala voucher is a unique code (starting with DALA-) that provides a specific number of credits to your account. You can use these credits for domain registration, AI-Agent usage, and other platform services.
How to Redeem Your Voucher
- Find the Redemption Option:
- Open your account settings or the checkout page.
- Look for the “Redeem Voucher” button.
- Enter the Voucher Details:
- Voucher Code: Type the 6-character code that follows the DALA- prefix.
- Phone Number: Select your country code and enter your mobile phone number.
- Confirm and Redeem:
- Click the “Redeem” button.
- The platform will validate your code. If successful, you will see a confirmation message showing how many credits have been added.
Checking Your Balance
Once redeemed, your credits are immediately available. You can check your updated balance in:
- The “Billing” section of your profile.
- Your Organization’s Wallet (if you redeemed it into an organization).
NOTE: Vouchers are unique and can only be used once. If you encounter any issues, ensure you are entering the code exactly as it appears.
