Welcome to the Video Generation feature in Gebeya Dala Studio! Turn your creative visions into high-quality cinematic scenes using our AI-powered video tool. Whether you need a short clip for a marketing campaign, a visual prototype, or engaging social media content, you can generate it all with just a text prompt and a few clicks.
How to Access the Video Generator
To get started, log in to your Gebeya Dala Studio account. On your main dashboard, look at the row of tool tabs located right in the center of your screen. Click on the Image & Video tab to open the generation interface.
Step-by-Step Guide: How to Generate a Video
1. Describe Your Scene (The Prompt) In the large text box that says “Describe your cinematic scene in detail…”, type a clear and descriptive prompt of the video you want to create.
- Example Prompt: “A dog running in a rural landscape.”
2. Configure Your Video Settings. Below the prompt box, you will find several dropdown menus to customize the output of your video:
- Resolution: Choose your video quality. You can select either 720P or 1080P.
- Aspect Ratio: Choose the shape of your video depending on where you plan to use it. Options include 16:9 (widescreen, great for YouTube/desktop), 9:16 (vertical, perfect for TikTok/Reels/Shorts), and 1:1 (square, ideal for Instagram feeds).
- Duration: Select how long you want your generated clip to be. You can choose 5S, 8S, or 10S (seconds).
3. Add References (Optional) Next to the duration settings, there are three icons you can use to guide the AI for more precise results:
- Add Audio: Upload an audio track to sync with or influence your video.
- Add Video Reference: Upload an existing short video clip for the AI to use as a structural or stylistic guide.
- Add Image Reference: Upload a starting image that the AI will animate or use as the primary visual foundation.
4. Generate and Render Once your prompt and settings are locked in, click the GENERATE VIDEO button on the right side.
- Note: The button will display the credit cost for your specific generation. Longer durations and higher resolutions will cost more credits.
5. Wait for rendering. After clicking generate, you will be taken to your project workspace. Your video will appear in the left sidebar as a project tile, and the main screen will display a RENDERING loading circle. Video generation is a complex process, so it will note that “This may take a few minutes.” —
Pro-Tips for the Best Results
- Be Highly Descriptive: The AI thrives on details. Instead of just saying “a car driving,” specify the lighting, camera angle, and environment (e.g., “A red sports car driving down a neon-lit futuristic city street at midnight, cinematic drone shot, 4k resolution”).
- Use References Wisely: If you have a very specific character or composition in mind, using the Add Image Reference tool is the best way to ensure the AI creates exactly what you are picturing.
- Watch Your Credits: Remember that bumping up the resolution to 1080P or extending the duration to 10 seconds will use more of your Dala credits.
